We, Toshima Manga/Art/Culture Project are a project unit to plan, operate, and sell Japanese traditional cultural experience programs for foreign tourists visiting Japan. We also create opportunities for foreign tourist to experience the spirit of traditional culture. In addition, by sharing these programs and mainly the charms of Toshima City, we hope we are able to contribute to the revitalization of the region.
